RS Custom Homes

My southern-loving heart cannot get enough of this one!! RS Custom Homes recently renovated this fantastic 1800 Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina beach cottage photographed here by Patrick Brickman. I love how they blurred the line between indoor and outdoor living...the porches are all to die for! L.O.V.E. the ceilings (obviously!), all of the light fixtures and the party-ready bar area next to the pool! Such great furnishings and accessories too, most of which came from Vintage Coast–an eclectic furniture boutique in Mount Pleasant, SC. Tour more renovations and new homes by RS Custom Homes here, and check out this other fun project of theirs I featured last year here!

Baby Countdown is officially on! Only 18 days until my due date...I can't believe it! Happy weekend everybody!! :)

Kerry Hanson Design

Be still my heart! I'm so loving every one of these rooms designed by Kerry Hanson, an interior designer out of New Canaan, Connecticut. After seeing these great photos taken by Jane Beiles, it was no surprise to learn the talented designer is best known for bringing personality to a space by mixing bold colors and patterns. I'm especially loving the chic, vibrant spaces for little ones here! Such fabulous fabrics–Quadrille in the purple/turquoise room, Schumacher in the pink/turquoise room, I'm jealous! Love the kitchen too, those French cafe barstools are my favorite! There's plenty more eye candy to see, so head here next!

Structures Building Company

One of my most favorite vacations ever was visiting the South Carolina Lowcountry. In person or just online, I can't get enough of the houses there! (See this post, I think you'll agree!) The coastal home above from Structures Building Company is located in Mount Pleasant, just outside Charleston...talk about the perfect location! The crisp white, pops of beachy color, and natural textures give it that comfortable, coastal feel that I'm continually drawn to. You definitely don't want to miss out on the rest of the home, so head here next to finish your tour! And for more great turquoise-infused spaces from Structures, see my other post here!

Katie Rosenfeld Design

One of my favorite designers to follow is Katie Rosenfeld, the Boston-based interior designer who seems to love color and pattern as much as I do! I'm feeling particular obsessed with this project she designed, photographed by Michael J Lee. The Boston family moved from a coastal environment to Boston and wanted a palette that reminded them of the ocean. What I love most is that it's actually a historical home. What a surprise to walk into such a fun space! The kitchen is my absolute favorite...the punches of orange and turquoise are fabulous! LOVE the Osborne and Little "Maharani" fabric! Lots more of this home to see right over here!

P.S. If you love Katie Rosenfeld's style as much as I do, don't waste a minute and head over to One Kings Lane...she is currently having a Tastemaker Tag Sale!

Skip Sroka

I love peeking into interior designers' own homes, and this glimpse into the home of Washington, D.C. designer Skip Sroka of Sroka Design Inc. did not disappoint! I know I can't be alone here...those kitchen shelves?? Love at first sight! The colorful pottery collection looks stunning against the blue background (Benjamin Moore's "Harbor Haze")! Love the rest of the kitchen too, and that gorgeous chandelier (a find from Paris!) in the dining room! Finish your tour with more photos by Werner Straube over at Traditional Home!
