Vanda Jewes

There's no denying it, the turquoise shutters are what make this home spectacular! Located in southern Spain, the beautiful country home featured in El Mueble was renovated by architect and decorator Vanda Jewes. The lush outdoor areas are almost too good to be true, straight out of a daydream–sangria included! The interiors are equally as lovely and totally worth a look, so head here next (click on Galería to see all the images)!

Have a great weekend!! :)

Our Prairie Home

When Laura of Our Prairie Home decided it was time to redecorate her daughter's room in their 1905 Victorian home in Iowa, she had a goal of not spending more than $50. Get this...she only spent $40! (Turns out she had a lot of extra stuff in her attic and craft cupboard..I love it!) The results are delightful! The wall color is perfect (she added a lot of white paint to Crayola's Talkative Turquoise), the shabby chic furniture and accessories are beautiful, and her original wall art is priceless! You must head over to her blog to read all about the space and see more pics, I guarantee you'll leave super inspired!

Tillman Long Interiors

I'm so grateful to Stacy of South Shore Decorating Blog for introducing me to talented designer Judy Long of Tillman Long Interiors out of Atlanta. I'm absolutely, positively gaga over this guest house she designed, photographed by Emily Jenkins Followill! So fresh, bright, and utterly beautiful! The layout of the space (the architect was D. Stanley Dixon) is super functional with plenty of space for lucky guests to relax. I'm loving the built-ins in the living room too, with all those fabulous accessories! See more of this home, as well as tons of other beautiful projects right here!

Barbour Spangle Design

A kid-friendly dining room is a must in my book! Christi Barbour and Christi Spangle of Barbour Spangle Design out of High Point, North Carolina gave a dated dining room a major makeover to create this sophisticated, adult (and kid!) friendly environment...from wine to grape juice, it all had to work. I am loving the chairs! They are actually covered in a vinyl that looks like leather, and the fab accent fabric is kept on the back–away from dirty hands! Another fun touch that I love is the artwork by the homeowners' children, "commissioned" by the designers! So cute! I know you guys will love the kitchen in this home too (and their other great projects!), so check it all out here!!

Visbeen Architects

Perched above Lake Michigan, this amazing beach home designed by Visbeen Architects out of Grand Rapids with interiors by Benchmark Wood Studio, takes complete advantage of its jaw-dropping views! From the built-in bench (and amazing view!) in the entry, to the fun game room and bar on the lower level, I just love it all! I could get lost in the beachy color palette (hello there, turquoise home office!) and great design details in every single room. Did I mention the view?! Learn more about the home and see additional photos right over here!
