I always get super excited when I get to share a home tour photographed by Hiya Papaya! Interior designer Lindy Allen of Four Chairs Furniture (we love her around here!) worked with Cadence Homes to create this bright and cheerful home, which was part of this year's Utah Valley Parade of Homes. What more could I ask for...darling accessories, fun color and pattern, and gorgeous furniture–all on neutral background so the colors pop! (And makes it easy to change things up!) There's tons left to see of this beautiful home, so visit the Hiya Papaya blog for lots more! And if you have any source questions, just visit Four Chairs Furniture!

Have a great weekend everyone! We will be working on the nursery big-time over here...less than 7 weeks to go! Eek!

Sarah Gunn Style

Coral and turquoise is a match made in color heaven! I love how Toronto interior stylist Sarah Gunn paired the fun combo with a sophisticated grey in this fabulous bedroom! Tons of storage all over the place, a cute desk for homework, and a place for friends to hang out make this a perfect teen space. I'm loving the fresh mix of patterns going on and how she used paint to customize the furniture! Read all about the room and see before pics right on over here!

Willey Design

John Willey of Manhattan-based Willey Design used a palette of watery blues and sand to bring the beach indoors in this Hamptons lakefront home. The pops of orange make it all the more cheery! The sunny family room that opens up to the breakfast area is my favorite space. But I love the airy kitchen too, with the glass cabinets and painted shelves! The pool and lake view are nothing to complain about either! Finish your tour of this fabulous Sag Harbor home here! And for another one of my all-time favorite projects by Willey Design, a delightful Nantucket cottage, head here!

Be still my turquoise-loving heart! Located in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts, this stunning home captured by photographer Jamie Salomon and styled by Susan Salomon was designed by the architectural firm Olson Lewis. The homeowner actually did the interiors herself, and I'm guessing she's a fan of turquoise too–love that bold shade she chose for the walls! The kitchen is seriously drop dead gorgeous. Clean and sleek with tons of storage and light flowing in! Love the shimmery tile and light fixtures too! For more beautiful New England homes by Olson Lewis Architects, head here!

Sabrina Alfin Interiors

Nothing says coastal like a sand and sea color palette! Interior designer Sabrina Alfin out of San Mateo, California created the perfect getaway for a couple who wanted a casual and comfortable nautical look for their coast side neighborhood home, photographed here by Dean J. Birinyi. Also important to them was keeping things eco-friendly. (Sabrina actually won an award for adhering to green design principles and practices in this project!) The coziness of the space is what immediately won me over (oh, and the dreamy wall color–Sherwin-Williams Retiring Blue #6763!)...so many comfy places to relax! Love that tile in the kitchen too though, so fun! For more on this project, head on over here!
