Sheila Bridges Design

Did you get your chance to drool over July's Kitchen of the Month at House Beautiful?? The New York City kitchen belongs to interior designer Sheila Bridges, and I love that she took such a bold approach with the small space. The cabinets painted Benjamin Moore's Hemlock look fabulous with the shimmery wallpaper (Torino Damask by Sheila Bridges). Love the marble subway tile and countertops (from Home Depot!) and the big farmhouse sink too! Read the article about the stylish space and see more photos by Annie Schlechter over here!

this reminds me of the slate blue kitchen that was in the house my parents moved into a few years ago. they ended up taking it out, but retained some of the blue elements. It's so pretty. ANd it's funny how taste for colored kitchens goes in cycles.
