Christopher Rose Architects

Not only is this home designed by Christopher Rose Architects incredibly beautiful, but it was also the first home on Kiawah Island, South Carolina to receive LEED certification for its sustainable construction methods and materials! I'm just loving the great room, photographed by Jim Somerset, with its aqua-colored walls (Teresa's Green No. 236 by Farrow and Ball)...they look amazing paired with the navy and white furniture, not to mention creamy kitchen cabinets! The French doors and fab coffered ceiling are great too! For more impressive residences designed by Christopher Rose Architects, head right over here!

The blues are beautiful as usual but it's the not-quite-white in the kitchen that is drawing my attention.

Thanks as always ~ Mary

Whole of the architecture is so adorable. But don't you think this kind of printed upholsters for the furniture seems little bit tacky..?

Well, not always..actually it also depends upon the stuff and design.Every kind of printed stuff doesn't gives a tacky look.
