Four Chairs Furniture + Hiya Papaya

It's always a great day when I get to share a home courtesy of Four Chairs Furniture and Hiya Papaya Photography, the talented duo from Utah that always provide such amazing eye candy and endless inspiration! Interior designer Lindy Allen of Four Chairs designed this delightful house for Cadence Homes, a builder in Utah that makes the cutest homes! I love how open and airy the home is, filled with cheery bursts of color and pattern....not to mention fabulous furnishings (from Four Chairs, of course!) I love all the lighting too, and great custom touches like the sliding barn door and huge shower! When can I move in?! For source information on anything you see, just contact Lindy!

To revisit more home tours from Four Chairs Furniture + Hiya Papaya, head here, here, and here. And if you've never seen the the infamous Dream Home Tour, start right now with Day One! Heck, even if you already have, it's always fun to go back and dream a little more!

Paint Info:
Main blue: Restoration Hardware "Glacier"
Master: Sherwin Williams "Useful Gray"

Thanks for the feature, Erin! Lindy and I love you to pieces! :) (And for the record, this house was ALL Lindy. She had free reign to decorate and design it how she wanted. I was merely the photographer. Isn't it so so so super cute?!!)

Love lots of things in this house, but where is the TV?

@Anonymous - not everyone watches TV! Plus, this is only a couple of rooms. There may be more that we didn't see that has a TV.

@anonymous - The TV hookups are behind the large bird picture to the left of the fireplace...of course everyone watches TV! This was a model home and in the Parade of Homes here in Utah, so we did not stage it with a TV. The home does have a darling upstairs that has a game room for the kiddos...there was a TV in there!

I did the design work for this home and enjoyed every minute of working with Cadence Homes. If anyone is building in Utah soon, I would definitely give them a call!

Thank you Erin for posting my work with such amazing comments...I love your cheerful blog! I consider this my reward for months of hard work!

Also my darling Cristi of Hiya Papaya, you are so darling! Thanks for my Christmas surprise! I couldn't ask for a more loyal fan of my work, a greater friend to me, or a better client of the past! You are awesome! THANK YOU!

Love the blue, reminds me of my custom blue I created that we just painted our living and dining room with and need to finish the details so this gives me much inspiration that I was needing. The white table is stunning and there is so much fun character in all the rooms and is done fabulously!!!

What a stunningly nice house. As a real estate agent who walks through so many gorgeous homes and some really hideous ones, I am always intrigued by design and how key it is to selling a home. When I show homes in Kiawah Island for instance where the home owners can afford to have interior designers and custom designed homes. I almost always see the little details in design more easily.
