Echelon Custom Homes

This Delaware Shore home is a beautiful breath of fresh coastal air! Designed and built by Echelon Custom Homes, the spacious home located at the The Peninsula overlooking the Indian River Bay is so open and welcoming. Don't you love the paint colors?? They used one of my favorites–Sea Salt by Sherwin William in both the living room and the bathroom. (The cozy kitchen is painted Sherwin Williams Oyster Bay.) I just love the mix of woods, patterns and beachy colors in the living room. Great accessories too! Tour the rest of the home, including a really cool game room and office, right here!

Beautiful home Erin! I love the charming country/rustic touches. Is the mirror in the bath from Horchow? It looks familiar. I love the unique shape to it.

I noticed how the sunlight reflected on the wooden floors looks like turquoise.

Indian River inlet took a big hit during Hurricane Sandy. I hope the family and their home are safe and sound.

This post is excellent and so is the manner in which the subject was explained. I like some of the comments as well even though I would rather we all keep it on topic so that to add value to the idea.
