Schuyler Samperton

I adore the eclectic, colorful spin Los Angeles-based designer Schuyler Samperton puts on traditional decorating. There are so many great details to her designs, and so many gorgeous textiles! I read on Style Court that she used rugs from Austin, Texas to upholster the striped chairs above, and another woven rug from Austin as a throw, mixed together in the same room with pillows made from suzani fragments and Indonesian fabric. So unexpected, yet so brilliant! See lots more eye candy from Schuyler right over here!

Each pic I feasted my eyes on elicited an "Oh, that's so pretty!" response. Love Schuyler Samperton! Love HOT!!!! Oh, and I just LOVE the gold touches with the turquoise wallpaper. My living room is robins egg blue with lots of antique gold frames - a favorite combo of mine.

Hi Erin, I subscribed to your blog so that I can keep updated with your inspiring interiors, and the color turquoise! It brings joy to the eye and the soul. Since I found your blog, I look with an accrued interest at this color, and gladly found that I even own a couple of items. And when I read this article in the New York Times, Home & Gardens column, I thought of you. You might want to take a look at it.
Looking forward to your next article and photos,
Doina
