Kristy over at I Design Love first spotted the stunner over at the Fine Homes section on 1st Dibs. The extraordinary villa is located near Monaco in the South of France, and is currently for sale for a scant $27 million. ummm... can you say, DREAMHOUSE!? this place is just beyond.. WOW! LOVE the turqoise shutters, the steps, the lions, the, well... EVERYTHING. thanks for sharing.. sure wish i had 27 million laying around because I'd be buying myself a summer estate in the south of France

I have seen this villa, from the outside, and it´s amazing. My parents in law sold an apartment (after 10 years) a little bit further down avenue Paul Doumer. Roquebrune Cap Martin is a fantastic place to stay at. 10 minutes to Monaco, 10 minutes to Italy, 1 hour to the Limone Piemonte (skiing) and just 30 minutes to Nice. I wish I had 27 millions on my bank account :)
Is the art inside original? It is well worth the price. It is gorgeous and I love the turquoise shutters. I would love to live there.

This color on the house shutters only seems to look natural on the coast of France, Italy etc..
Wouldn't look the same in England :)
