Meg Braff

Coastal Living is undeniably my favorite magazine, and opening up March's issue was a feast for the eyes! Luckily the Matters of Style girls had sneak peek of my favorite feature...the West Palm Beach home of the utterly fabulous designer Meg Braff. All the bright color is so up my alley. And oh my goooshhhh that cloooosssset (imagine my most whiniest voice saying that!) I'm on the hunt for photos, but you have to check out the rest of her home in the magazine. It's a turquoise paradise!

Some good news! J.Covington Home, one of my sponsors, is generously giving House of Turquoise readers a 20% off coupon good for the next ten days! (Monday March 7 – Thursday 17th)

Cottage Bedroom Makeover

Does it get any better than this 1920s stucco cottage in East Hampton designed by House Beautiful contributing editor Frances Schultz? I'm madly in love with her master suite, which used to be the two tiny front bedrooms. All of the fabulous blue on the walls and pretty fabrics, the half canopy, and the dressing table! And the study...what a perfect place to blog! The photographs by Trevor Tondro really capture it all so beautifully too. To see before-n-afters of the space, head to House Beautiful!

I'm so happy it's Friday! Believe it or not, 6 weeks from today Chris and I will be getting married. (Didn't we just get engaged?!) Tonight I'm meeting with a hair and makeup artist to go over my vision and on Sunday Chris' super sweet sisters are throwing me a wedding shower! My very own wedding shower...I can't believe it! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend too!

Rustic Turquoise Bathroom

These images are exactly why I love the blogosphere. Where would I ever see something like this in my "normal" world?! Thanks to Blair at Delight by Design for finding this gem from Nuevo Estilo. Love all that weathered wood, the fancy French sink and those delicate little circular windows!

I'm back from LA! What a time I had. Being in the sunshine and seeing green felt SO amazing, just the refreshing break I needed. The conference really was fantastic. Like I've been saying, it was so great to meet and learn from all of those talented and creative people. I can't wait to implement all the stuff I learned. First things first, did you all know I have decor shopping blogs (including a turquoise one, of course)?! It seemed like every person I talked to there had no idea! Looks like I need to start promoting myself better! ;)

Dominique Vorillon

So warm and soothing! Don't you get such a great vibe from this room photographed by Dominique Vorillon? The oceanside home was designed by Madeline Stuart, who collaborated with architect Stephen Giannetti (you know, Brooke's talented husband!) and was featured a couple years ago in Veranda. Check out more of this amazing Malibu home on Velvet and Linen!

Unfortunately the conference is almost coming to an end, but I still have a little bit of time left to explore LA before I head home. (To more snow on the way I hear....so not cool!)
