What a view! Like all great beach homes, this spectacular one designed by Trip Haenisch takes its cues from the surrounding sand, surf, sky and sunlight. I love the crisp white walls and neutral furnishings...the perfect stage for our favorite colors! The home is refined yet relaxed and fun, just the kind of style I love the most. I imagine a ton of fun goes down in this home! The kitchen has to be my favorite space though...big giant yellow pepper and all! I have always craved a hanging seat like that, but I'm too afraid to install one for fear of sitting down in it an tearing the roof down with me. Maybe I'll just never sit in it.

I have never met a beach house I didn't like, this one included! The swing is painted, I believe. I have the same one for my children in the Hamptons bedroom...it is such a fun and whimsical piece! The view is super lovely. Great home!
