When I spotted the TDF shutters on
Head Over Heels, I knew I'd need to see more! With the help of heritage architect Rocco Bosman, this 1907 South African farmhouse featured in
House and Leisure and photographed by Elsa Young was renovated int0 an enchanting French style home. I'm positively in love with those breathtaking arched doors and the 100-year-old French shutters imported by
La Basse-Cour. If the garden wasn't so insanely picturesque (did you see those roses?!), it would be hard for me to keep them open! Tour more of the eclectic interior right on over
here!

I know this is said to death, but I truly love every last tiny thing about every one of those pictures...oh my word!!! That bedroom is so delicious I can barely stand it. Good land those shutters, aaaaah!! Seriously good stuff here. Love the bathroom too, the strings of shells hanging from the window, who thinks of stuff like that?? The paneling is amazing too. Too much to comment on my goodness!
Holy cow - the architecture is incredible! I'm really loving the mix of sophisticated and whimsy decor going on. It's really fun and fresh!
I'm with you...those shutters are to die for! The curved ceiling is beautiful too!
Those shutters took my breath away as well! Thanks for linking back and thanks for visiting Head Over Heels.

Beautiful porch with the shutters. Lovely ambience! Great color!
Gorgeous shutters, both from inside & out!
Wow, these are some cool design photos. Just look at the kind of respect given for the natural sunlight in these designs. Nothing can be compared to illuminating your interiors with natural sunlight. Thanks a lot for sharing the photos.

I about died when I saw those shutters on the doors, what a brilliant idea. I have 2 pairs of them in my basement and now I know exactly what to do with them. Your blog takes my breath away.
