Whidbey Island Beach House

Dream home alert!! When I saw a tiny thumbnail of this beach home on Seattle Homes & Lifestyles, I knew I was in for a treat. All of the white and aqua grounded by the rich dark floors immediately captured my heart! Designed by Todd Soli of Soli Terry Architects and photographed by Alex Hayden, the vacation home on Whidbey Island was inspired by the beautiful beach houses of Cape Cod. I realize that white bedroom has zero turquoise in it, but it was too incredible not to share. You guys seriously have to check out the rest of the house...the tour continues over here!

The bedroom looks so therapeutic and calming. All the white leaves everything to the view - stunning!

So gorgeous! Especially on a dreary day spent in the office :)

I love everything about the house except the bedroom in the first photograph.
Prehaps it's my screen, but I think the blue-green wall color and the truer-blue duvet, while lovely individually, are all wrong together.
Do other viewers see these colors more friendly on their screens???

The bathroom is beautiful. I love the black tile, claw feet, and even the toilet seat. This shows how much "black" can really add some drama.
