How can you not long for an outdoor room as perfect as this on a warm summer day? Linda of Heartfire At Home spotted this gorgeous home on Mi Casa Revista, but it was this space that I kept scrolling back up to look at. The walled patio is the heart of the house, as it's connected to the common areas, and was designed to be a haven in the middle of busy Madrid. A colorful little oasis, I'd say!

Oh, what a beautifully colorful space. Now if only there was some sun around here I could use just such a space! I'm wearing a turtleneck today and it is rainy and cold...I can't wait for summer to arrive! (Hopefully it does so before fall.)

What can I say! I adore it!
I adore this photo! I am trying to work on my outdoor space right now. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love this color combination! Now I'm more anxious than ever to have this crazy windy weather go away so I can work on my patio!
Who would want to ever go indoors?
Hi Erin, and thanks so much for the mention!:) Even though it was the pops of red in that house that attracted me first, I loved the turquoise too, and thought of you when I saw it!!
Have a lovely weekend.

I stumble upon your website and I'm SO GLAD!! this room is yummy!!
Definite adding you to my list of daily reads!
Wow, actually I am convinced now that I should use turquoise in my home too, just a dash of it though. Can not overuse it.
sometimes we as bloggers forget that there are other really awesome blogs out there that we haven't seen bc we live under a rock of self importance. (raises hand slowly)
not really...the self important part..honestly i think i am lame 99% of the time.
anyway...what was my point?
oh yeah!! erin...i have added you to my daily reads category over at MFAMB.
not that that is a big deal...just that i thought you should know.
thanks for having my back through all this tard/turd stuff..
xoxo

This is one of my favorite outdoor spaces EVER. Definitely going into my "idea" file :-)
I'm still hunting for the right furniture for my patio. Plenty of great ideas here.
Lovely outdoor space.
Really shows the creativity of the designers
