Sweet dreams are made of these! My favorite article in the May issue of
Coastal Living was
Bring Home the Beach. It featured this gorgeous beach home in South Carolina designed by
Carter Kay, and photographed so beautifully by
J. Savage Gibson. I don't even know what image is my favorite, I love them all to pieces. I'll tell you what though, staring at that first one really takes you away, doesn't it?? For these images and so many more, head to
MyHomeIdeas! I hope you all have a fantastic weekend, whether you're by the beach or not!

My favorite is that kitchen. It's done beautifully - although I wonder if I'd ever personally want a kitchen that color. Maybe in my beach house...someday.
I, too, loved these pics from the May issue of Coastal Living. There's definitely something about paging through that publication that sends you off to vacation-land! Happy Friday!
OMG, that first pic doesn't even look real! A house like that exists?! Totally gorgeous and relaxing!
GORGEOUS! You're right - I think I'll just sit and stare at that first image for a while.
I am so in love with that kitchen. It is the perfect shade of blue and looks amazing next to the tiles. Oh man.......
Oh my goodnes - those blue skies and hues are just too much...so pretty.
I loved this article too! And I'm with you, I can't pick just one favorite! I hope you have a wonderful weekend as well!

I've been visiting your site for a while now, and I just love it all.
I've always been a big fan of Turquoise (even made a coffee-table book about it as a student.)
These images are like my wish list. I can't wait to have a home and design it with this colour.

Oh. My. Goodness. All of these pictures are out of this world! That first one, especially, is incredible!
Those porch swings and Mojitos?? Yes!! When and where? I'm so there -- in my mind.

Ooooh! I need a beach cottage! I love these to pieces too! So beautiful and charming!
When the weather is good I travel with my mind until the time comes that I will go to the beach and when I am there I will ponder the moments at home where I would do this and that.We need quality time,to feel our existence,to watch the waves,to sense the freedom of not touching the ground for a while and then return.
I could move right in.
This is just perfect! I love all the beautiful images you post Erin!

You always bring your readers the most beautiful homes to drool over and this is certainly no exception. I look forward to seeing what home you'll feature each day. I guess you could say that i am obsessed with turquoise too.

I really like the bedroom too -- the plaid carpet is cool, and the turquoise curtains on the beds are the perfect hit of colour. Awesome view too!!
