Thanks to
Cococozy, I was introduced to this colorful beach house in Montauk designed by
Ghislaine Viñas. When I was out in NY back in November, Montauk was my favorite place we visited. I loved strolling the beache and the streets looking at the houses, imagining what they looked like on the inside. So fun to get peak in this one that's
so right up my alley. The bright colors, the light-filled rooms...it's a place I'd love to call home! Head over to
Cococozy, because there's a bunch more rooms you definitely don't want to miss! (And the
view, you gotta see that too!)
Thanks so much to those of you, including Ghislaine Viñas, that alerted me to a story in the NY Times this week all about turquoise. The piece in an interview with Ms. Viñas about her love of color, and the fantastic ideas she has about incorporating turquoise in a home. Check it out here!

I love the cool light fixtures in the 1st image... and the different color chairs around the table too!
Great inspiration!

That;s just amazing! So fresh and cosy!
I love all the details of the house! Vintage furniture air but transformed by color, like green chairs or the Chester sofa upholstered in a blue so soft.
Love them all! especially the dining nook!
Absolutely one of my favs!
That beautiful kitchen is interesting how the colors are soft, the cabinet doors suggest cottage/country and then the turquoise table in the foreground adds a punch of color that turns everything on its head with a clear statement that says "modern, edgy". How clever! How inspiring! Thank you Erin for the inspiration you bring to my day.
The first kitchen is phenomenal, I love the chairs around the table and those lighting fixtures!
such cheerful photos! as always, thanks for the eye candy!

The blue tufted headboard - I don't think I've ever seen something quite so beautiful. I would love to wake up to that every morning. :)

I want to move in. It's so refreshing to see such wonderful colours throughout the house and yet it's not overwhelming. Just beautiful!
I love the tiles above the stove in the first picture....I wonder where they come from?
Ooh, I'm loving all of these rooms!! The lights in that first kitchen are super cool, but I think I've fallen in love with the brown and turquoise chase in the last picture (it would go great in my bedroom). :)
What a beautiful home! I adore the bed head and reading lamps. Also the dining room with the colourful chairs is delightful!
