America's Choice: Turquoise and Orange
Turquoise and orange is certainly a cheery pairing, one that I would never have thought up on my own! I love that it can be used in so many different design styles, as you can see from the huge range of rooms above. Whenever I see it though, I automatically think of Howard Johnson's because of this quote by designer John Willey in House Beautiful: "Don't take this the wrong way, but that room reminds me of 1960s Howard Johnson's colors — that wonderfully intense orange and aqua — but modernized a bit. It's such a terrific vintage palette and I have to admit, I love orange."

Moroccan Gem
There are so many amazing places like this all around the world, it makes me sad that I'll never be able to experience them for myself. But thanks to digital photography and the internet, we're so lucky to have a taste of this picturesque little alley in Morocco, captured by photographer Miguel F G. The icy blues and all the texture in this photograph are nothing short of stunning.

Beautiful Blue and White Bedrooms
My mouse abruptly stopped when I spotted the top image yesterday on Oliveaux. How can you not love that amazing headboard with its beautiful matching linens?! Surrounded by all that glorious white?! Sooo pretty! I also love the bedding on the 2nd image I found off Interior Inspirations. That bed looks like the one from Ikea, which I've been very tempted to put in my own bedroom for a while now. Do any of you have it?

Dreamy Swedish Penthouse
This amazing penthouse located in Gothenburg, Sweden is something straight from my dreams. You've got to head to decoist to check out even more images. Don't you love all the white, the pinks, and that gorgeous turquoise wall in the dining room? And that tile in the kitchen (and my KitchenAid mixer I've been lusting over forever)?! *sigh*
