I fell hard for this Stockwell home when Mrs. French of Bliss shared it as her "happy place". Is that fireplace not the prettiest one you've ever seen? All of these gorgeous photos were taken by London-based photographer Rachael Smith. If you love quiet, serene spaces, you must look at her portfolio. I swear every single picture is beautiful!

Pretty and Practical

It doesn't get much prettier (or more practical) than this entryway I found home Home Sweet Home. I'm confident that a girl lives here, as I don't see many men withstanding that much pink! Isn't that mirror gorgeous? And I love the touches of green and turquoise in the jacket and clutch. (And I can't control myself here....shut the door or you'll let the cat out!)

At Home With White

So there's only a tiny bit of blue/turquoise in these beautiful images I discovered on The City Sage, but that's the point. These photos come from the book At Home With White by Atlanta Bartlett. I never really saw too much appeal in a mostly white room (I LOVE color!), but ever since spying Wren's nursery (and Holly's gorgeous home!) from Life in the Fun Lane, I am completely drawn to it. Little bits of color make such an impact. And I love that.

Ethereal in Miami

This Miami Beach penthouse designed by Jennifer Post isn't exactly the shabby chic sort of beach house you're used to seeing on here, but I couldn't help but share it. LOOK at that VIEW!! I'd save my red wine for the bathtub just to be able to look out at that every day. (See that bathroom...holy moly look at all those showerheads!) Darling

This is such a pretty porch captured so perfectly by photographer Matthew Benson. I can easily imagine sitting out here, drinking some iced tea, chatting away with my best friend. And of course we'd wave at all those who went by!
