Here are the photos I promised! My tree feels so inadequate compared to all the fantastic ones I've seen in the blogosphere, but it's mine and it's turquoise and I love it. I was worried the two rascals you see would tear the tree up (last year I had a fake tree and Spencer, the orange and white cat, spent his days climbing it to the top). They pretty much leave it alone, aside from wrestling with the tree skirt and drinking the water. Isn't my little Kismet just the cutest?! ;)

Does your cat have turquoise eyes!?!? Because that would be super rad. It looks like it in that last pic.

Oh, I love that big turquoise ball! I'm really sold on turquoise as the new color of Christmas!
Erin - your tree is absolutely darling!
The tree is delightful! I LOVE the kitties too! Cats and Christmas trees may not be the best pairing - but the kitties are so cute when they are sniffing and messing around with them. That is until the whole thing comes down --- like when it actually happended to me. But if it's between the tree and the cats --- the tree is outta here! :)
oops wrong url!
Totally not inadequate at all, I LOVE it- the stockings are amazing, I wish I had found some like those :)
Merry Christmas!
Love it! And the room is so pretty too!
Merry Christmas Erin!!!
LOVE your tree! And that chair and the stockings are FAB too!!!!!
It's so lovely! And yes, your puss cat is gorgeous too!!!
It's delightful! And SO sparkly. I love it. It's perfect. I love your kitties too...Kismet looks as though he has turquoise eyes...how perfect!
I love your tree - so cheery! Your kitties are adorable, too :)
I seriously think we had the same tree this year. My husband beggd me to do a blue tree, I normally go for gold and red. Here's our tree: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_-ZBGFTxJBWI/SxRNZzivv4I/AAAAAAAAI4I/Q58_keT1dG8/s1600/fall+2009+010.jpg

Your tree is beautiful Erin! I have lots of turquoise on my tree too, of course!
Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and thanks so much for your inspiration!
Your tree is so pretty!
Erin, your tree is darling!! I love everything and the sequined stockings, and is that zebra print on the chair I see? I knew we were destined to be friends! :) AND you have kitties, too! I've always had dogs, but I grew up with my very own Siamese cat, and he looked a lot like your Kismet. What a great pet name!!
Beautiful tree. I love the turquoise ornaments and the stockings are to die for. Merry Christmas.
Great turquoise tree...Ms. Turquoise! But it is the kitty with the turquoise eyes sitting amongst the stockings that steals my heart!
Love it - and your blog too!
Gorgeous!!! I love those ornaments you spotlight :)
Looks great! Love the chair beside of the tree, too.
Your tree looks amazing!
Only you would have a cat with gorgeous Turquoise eyes!
Erin, you did such a good job! All the little details are so fun and playful (like your cats, I'm guessing) and it definitely screams you from what I've seen from all your posts so far. I wouldn't say your tree is inadequate at all compared to the others you've featured, but it surely stands out because the turquoise you used is so bold. I love it, though! :)
It seems so fitting that you would have a gorgeous Siamese (at least I'm pretty sure) cat with turquoise eyes! Merry Christmas!
This is so fab, Erin! I love the tree skirt and well, everything else. Beautiful!
the tree is nice but even more i love those stockings. and your cat compliments them so nicely.
Just posted my red and turquoise decorations. Can not wait to hear what you think since you are the turquoise queen!! Talk soon!
Gorgeous! The pic of Kismet with those beautiful eyes along with the turq chair and the turq sparkles all around looks so perfect and artistic, it should be your Christmas card every year.
