I love, love, LOVE this muted turquoise fireplace surround!! :) I am still trying to think what to do with my godawful WHITE fireplace surround -- It's a plain mantle and floor-to-ceiling "borders", ALL white, very plain, not ornamented, set around a gas fireplace in a 1970s condo.
Most of the condo was well udpated over the years, from the looks of it, but that fireplace surround, gah! ... I was thinking of using Sunny's Paints for a muted color wash, like a fresco or plaster type effect, but this muted turquoise -- probably also a wash?? -- is verrrrry tempting!!! Pretty, pretty, oh-so-pretty!
