Dream kitchen alert! I'm loving this kitchen designed by Minneapolis-based Albertsson Hansen Architecture. Of course we all agree the tile is completely and utterly fab. But the remodeling of this bungalow home by the husband-and-wife architects included turning the 1970's turret on the back of the house into an impressive semi-octagonal seating bay. Definitely a place I could see myself sipping my morning juice!

gorgeous!! i love how they didn't pander to the outdoors that is visible by choosing green for the walls, but that the lovely setting of the house works so well here. LOVE!
I'm drooling over this kitchen! I love the pops of yellow - it really makes a dramatic statement for such a small effort. Must get yellow flowers:)

That subway tile in the different hues of blue is to. die. for! And of course, I love any kitchen with white cabinets...but lately, I'm really lovin the combination of white cabinets, black countertops and wood floors. I'm making mental notes for the day when I'm able to buy and fix up my dream home.
What would I do without your blog?! I'd be lost in a sea of beige.

What a unique kitchen! I love the windows and I really love how the tile looks like brick and is used on all the walls. How cool! Thanks for this - I live in the Twin Cities, so I love finding new designers and architects in the area.

What a wonderful us of colors. Nothing is overdone. It is balanced. Had to take a second look at the seating area by the window-that is amazing. Now that we have found your site we will be back to check it out again.
