I am loving this colorful master bedroom belonging to talented designer Philip Gorrivan and featured by New York Social Diary last year. It is understated and elegant, and uses all of my favorite fresh colors. I think we can all agree that the seagrass wallcovering is divine! You can see different images of the room in his portfolio and around the net, but I like these because they are more "real". There's even a phone by the bed!

Oh yes! The first thing I noticed were the walls- gorgeous!
So colorful, yet completely serene and not at all jarring. It feels very relaxing.
A whole blog dedicated to my most favorite color in the whole wide world? This is so exciting!
love the seagrass wallpaper too!
thanks for sharing.

He's great - I like that the interior looks a bit high-end, but the use of colour is still a bit different. I did a small Photoshop colour experiment with the first photo at one point, just for fun, so it's very inspiring!
Love the combination of the purple bench at the end of the bed and turquoise walls in the first image. Delightful!
Yes, the seagrass wallpaper is my favorite design element :)
Delicious.
