Here's another home designed by Amanda Nisbet. I love how the bits and pieces of color just pop out against the pretty neutral background in this coastal-inspired home. The shelves are really cool too. What a great way to show off a collection.

love that kitchen. especially the bar stools. I want to sit up there and have a nice cup of cafe con leche. I posted a house today that reminded me of you.
Erin, even by looking at only these 3 photos, I'd move in and not change a thing!
The clever shelves beneath the stairs are just the sort of thing I gravitate towards. The wide open kitchen is simply lovely.
This is getting saved in a favorites design inspiration folder for sure!
Erin -- I don't know how you are able to come up with such beautiful pictures time after time. You are persuading me to love turquoise in all of its shades and hues.
Joanie.
The tiles in the kitchen are a great way to add a little pop of color into a space! It looks sophisticated yet fun! The chairs with the nail heads and coral designed back are really fun too!
Erin -
I confess to loving little pops of turquoise (esp in warmer/sandy rooms) over larger, broader strokes of the color; it's sort of like coming upon little treasures! These rooms are just gorgeous!
xo and, as always, THANK YOU for taking the time to post these on your wonderful blog. It's very much appreciated!!!
Um, how did I just find your blog?! I love love turquoise (aqua, teal, etc.). I had a turquoise wedding. And turquoise the main color in our condo. Too fun!
Those shelves under the stair are awesome!!
Well, who am I kidding, the whole place is amazing. I want to live there.

At first, I thought my favorite parts were the kitchen tiles and pendant lights.
But no, I've changed my mind, the little marching geese on the top shelf are a great example of humorous without being over-cutesy.
Another lovely home!
