I adore turquoise, and although I have never been crazy over yellow, this WORKS! It makes me want to repeat this in my own home. Pretty.

Me, too! The combo is so fresh and has such a happy personality that neutral rooms lack. I used to have a yellow pillow in my aqua living room. Think I need to put it back out!
Erin, these are just lovely! I'm particularly fond of the headboard/bedskirt floral, which allows for touches of yellow that really heighten the blue - and it's grounded by the maize-colored carpet.
They're all gorgeous, though!

I've been visiting your blog everyday for months now, but have yet to leave a comment. Your posts about the aqua/yellow combination brings me out of lurkdom. My husband and I live in an older home we bought 2.5 yrs ago and my plan has been to "re-do" the kitchen. The plans were put on hold, so I decided, what the heck and painted the cabinets/walls white and I've used turquoise as my main accent color. The countertops are a golden yellow formica that I have intended to change, but the color combinations have turned out so fun, that it may be a while before I do anything drastic. So, in making do with what I have, I've created a very fun and up to date color scheme!
