I don't think I've ever run into a kitchen with 2 different colored cabinets like this, but the look is really fun. I especially love the tile backsplash though..it brings everything together perfectly. And the pop of red from the scale certainly catches my eye. Love that too! Image via HousetoHome.

Shakin' Things Up
I don't think I've ever run into a kitchen with 2 different colored cabinets like this, but the look is really fun. I never would have thought, but I do like the two-tone cabinets too. If it's wasn't for that backsplash it wouldn't make any sense, but there it is to pull it all together! What I love most is all that space. It looks so big and airy.

I love the colors but would definitely prefer a more workable layout. The lovely tile really does make that color transition a success!
I've thought about using two different colors like that before, but wasn't sure I could pull it off. The backsplash is a great idea. Well, I'm off to paint my hutch (green and turquoise, of course.)
