Aren't these 2 bedrooms just so lovely? The soft blue color palette is so peaceful and calming. I love the headboard in the first image, along with the stool and the cute little window seat. LOVE the bed in the 2nd image, and the gorgeous bedding! All this is making me want to take a nap! Images via Homes and Gardens and House Beautiful.

I love both of these pictures. Interesting comment above - I think that Phoebe Howard's bed (in the bottom picture) is incredibly beautiful, and everything can be bought from her store - they have it all set up so that customers can come in and say 'I want it just like that'. However, it takes a lot of money to buy this look. The bed is custom designed by Phoebe - it is beautiful - iron and upholstered headboard. The linens are all top notch, high quality.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to get a tour of the beautiful home that has the bedroom in the second picture. When I walked into the bedroom, it was like seeing an old and familiar friend! Here is an interesting tidbit - the magazine editors photoshopped out the nude figure in the painting above the bed! It is a very tasteful and small nude, but they did not want to offend their readers.
