Beachy Chic

It's always a good day when I discover a new designer with a portfolio full of yummy rooms. It just so happens that Desire to Inspire leads me to many of these designers (they are so amazing over there!), like they recently did with Michelle Morgan Harrison. All of her rooms are just as tranquil as these, but I favor the blues! And ooh, with the orange. Love it with the orange.

Cheryl, YES. The coral totally makes this room. I'm really starting to gain a new appreciation for this color...in interiors as well as in my wardrobe!

Holly Anne, Thanks so much for letting me know! That's fantastic! :)

Beautiful rooms! I love the floral pillows, the beadboard walls with the shelf, the black and white photos... I like the coral with the blue too.
Very "beachy."

I'd do anything for that mirror in the first pic! Been looking for one of those to repare in flea markets but I just don't seem to find it. Love it!

I am gaga over those floral pillows on the white sofa. Been looking for something like those for some time. (I really should learn to sew, huh?) The combo of styles in the dining room is so interesting, engaging and unexpected: gold-framed mirror, modern crystal lamps, traditional crystal chandy, bare wood, painted wood - MY kind of room!

The top picture got my attention immediately. I love to see mix of color and different wood, with some crystal. It's just beautiful.
